John's Heating & A/C Services provides excellent customer service and very knowledgeable technicians. David went above and beyond during his time at the home, fixing issues with ease and grace. Cassie was very helpful arranging visits and getting quotes, with prices that were VERY competitive. The team offers fantastic service, with unmatched customer service from Cassie, Emma, and David, who arrived within 30 minutes of calling. They are great people who manually got the heat on, ordered parts, and fixed issues promptly. Professional and knowledgeable staff, including a pleasant office manager. They are highly recommended, with a 10 out of 10 rating.
David came out to give me a quote for vent cleaning, he went above and beyond during his time at my home. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Cassie was very helpful arranging the visit and getting a quote for me, prices were VERY competitive which was refreshing, John's Heating and A/C is will be getting my business when I'm ready to move forward, thank you so much!
We had John's come out and check our ac because it was running almost constantly. They told us what was wrong and gave us some options to repair it. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Fantastic service! Between Cassie and Emma on the phone today and David our tech who came out within 30 minutes of calling to set an appointment their customer service was unmatched!! We have heat before the temps really drop and the snow comes! 10 out 10 recommend!!
