Last month was hard because insurance/specialty pharmacies sometimes get in the way of getting your prescription to you on time. I get emotional and then I get anxious on the phone with staff and they always handle me with care and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. I really do owe them some coffee and a big thank you! they are so amazing!!
