We have had the privilege of working with Kolette Delperdang in our search for a property in Iowa. Living out of state, she spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She would share properties that clicked the boxes. Kolette would provide and research any information to answer questions that we would have on a property. She went over and beyond to get us the answers. Never any pressure to just take what we saw. Only had one experience with them so far and that was when my wife and I bought our first home. Everything was easy and they gave plenty of guidelines along the way. I’m not saying buying a house isn’t stressful but they lighten the process. We would definitely consider using them in the future!

As first time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Kolette Delperdang did a great job explaining the whole process and answering all of our questions along the way. She worked with our schedules while showing us houses, was even flexible on evenings and weekends. She stuck with us, as our house hunt took longer than anticipated. When we finally found the one, she made the closing process a breeze! Would highly recommend!!
