We had a shower drain backing up during a heavy rain, and Clayton was so responsive and helpful. He came out, checked everything over, and honestly told us nothing needed to be done. He didn't even charge us for the visit. We really appreciated his honesty and kindness. We'll definitely call him again if we ever need a plumber!
I have had my drain cleaned by others since we moved into this house. None of them went as far as swish n flow did to take of the problem. He actually dug deeper into the issue and found we needed some pipes replaced, not just augered out. He was very polite, easy to talk to, and keeped us informed of his progress when we werent able to be home when he was there. He is from this point on, my new plumber.
Called this morning about getting a hot water heater put in. Had my hot water heater in this afternoon. Great work, awesome guy to talk too while he was working. Will definitely call back for future work. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
