Kim and Jodi are wonderful. Anytime I have an issue, they always make sure someone gets to my house in a timely manner! Both times I had to have someone come look at my AC they have been on top of it. The first time it was an extremely hot Sunday and Garrett came out right away that morning. He was informative and considerate on what needed to be done, being it was the weekend. He checked everything over and recommended what needed to be done would be more cost efficient waiting till normal working hours, since my air had started working again.

HVAC technician was on time, and did a thorough inspection and an outstanding job on my unit. Very Professional and knowledgeable. The day prior I had another HVAC company come to inspection my unit, they came in asked what was going on, looked at the unit, took temperature check with a surface temperature gauge and then said to get a new system. Charged me $145 for 10min (if that) for nothing.
I definitely will be doing all my HVAC business with CW Suter. Thank you CW Suter for giving me piece of mind.
Very pleasant experience ! They called me right away Monday morning to see what I needed. Was done looking In to my ac issue before 9am! Happy pups on this hot day much appreciated the attention to getting it taken care of!! Definitely recommend!
