Converse Conditioned Air
“Our AC unit stopped cooling around 7:00 pm. I called Converse Conditioned Air and left a voice message that I needed to schedule for AC service the next day. The scheduler called me at 7:15 am the next morning and said we were on their service list for today adn they estimated arriving to our home close to 12:30 pm. The field technican arrived fifteen minutes earily (5 stars) and repaired our AC unit.
I have enjoyed the reliability of our Trane furnance and AC that I purchased from Matt Converse back in 2012. Great job and thank you for following up with great cutomer service. Ron F”
Heartland Radon Management
“This is the 2nd radon remediation installation Jon has done for us; the 1st was a flip house and the 2nd was our home. Both jobs were well done at a reasonable price. The flip house read a bit high after the initial install; Jon added a 2nd access point at no additional charge and the problem was immediately fixed. Our home install was a bit complicated due to our 4 level split design. Jon alerted me to the potential issues with our home design, then installed a temporary system to ensure his planned system would work as desired. The test was successful and Jon installed a permanent system per his plan.Radon levels are good with both systems (<2.0). Fit and finish of the install is great. Jon also does a good job of cleanup.I'd definitely use Jon for any future needs.”
