I hate to give somebody less than four or five stars, but I walked around that place for a long time, and no one even asked me if I needed anything! The perfume section was a total mess and everything looked a little bit dirty. I love Ulta, so I’m hoping they just had a really busy day and the staff didn’t have a chance to tidy it up.

I went into the Sioux City location and was helped by Lizzy. She did an amazing job and found me the right foundation for me. She did suggest a few other products and I bought all of them. I'm really happy with the things I purchased. Than you!

Ordered product online and it came with a free gift, chose pick up because I mean...free. Turns out store was out of the free gift, so they just got the original product ready. Went into pick up, realized no free gift asked them how to get it and Danielle took the time to go through everything with me and we ordered it online instead and had it shipped so I could get the gift. She was incredibly sweet, polite and attentive.
