Nice staff okay price you what you pay for. Only complaint is out of the three or four times I've gone to this particular location there's always three or four hairs that I find don't get trimmed to the same length as the rest end up plucking them out.

Nice place, clean, came in off the street, and got right in. I'm a bit disappointed that my hair wasn't washed before cutting. Dry hair cuts usually come out uneven, and in this case, that is what happened.

I go to the Sunnybrook location. It is better to use the app and check in ahead of time because the only downside to this location is there can be a wait if you just walk in. I have always seen Lana who listened to me and got my cut perfect first time and every time since. The other stylists seem to be just as professional. Prices are reasonable and they offer a wide range of products and services.
