What a bunch of jerks can't even drive they ran me off the road and I almost ended up in the river. If they can't drive I would not have them do any work for me either .total jerks

We called Mark when our drain cleaning found a cracked sewer line. He came out to repair the cracked pipe and found no pipe at all. He was able to replace our missing sewer line and get the job done quickly before the 7" of snow buried everything. He and Seth were professional and able to explain everything to me while it was happening. The 6 of us in the house are very grateful for the work they did! What a bunch of crooks! Anything less then 1 star? They were hired to repair a broken water line. They cut the sewer line to get to the water line. After the work was done, I had problems with my sewer line backing up. I called Tri-State and told them what was happening. The sent some other plumber with a camera and looked in the sewer line and it showed a large obstruction about the size of a softball. I had to pay $200.00 for the plumber. Called back Tri-State and they said that there was nothing they could do for me and that it was my fault. I must have dropped something down the drain to cause it.
