They know what they are doing and do it right! They got my water heater replaced within two days of me calling. The only reason they are 4 stars and not 5 is because they don't have an online pay system.

They replaced my water heater. A couple of months later the gas valve went out. Fouls Brothers came out and replaced it. They quit carrying that particular brand due since they were having similar problems and couldn't get replacement parts for that brand. The manufacturer wouldn't honor the warranty. However, Foulk Brothers stepped up to the plate and ate the cost! That's service you don't find anymore! Foulk Brothers you have my business and recommendations from now on! Thank you for being an upstanding company!

Our water heater blew on a Saturday evening. Braiden was here within about an hour and went above and beyond until the job was finished and hot water was restored. Even got a message the next morning checking the status. It’s refreshing to find a business with good customer service these days! Would do business with this company again in a heartbeat.
