“During my 6 week challenge I lost 11 lbs. My body measurements all improved over the course of the challenge. I managed to gain strength, muscle and have my clothes fit better. The process of going to gym can be very intimidating and all the staff there went above and beyond helping modify exercise since for my restrictions without making me feel bad. Hunter would give high fives or knuckles from Jamal after training sessions. The other customers even make you feel a part of a community by giving actual comments or compliments. Instead of feeling like you're alone, the music is invigorating and helps the time fly by. They helped with the complete person as a whole, not a wallet by helping set realistic goals including nutrition, guidance, supplements, if interested, and mental self-talk, they helped to show and correct bad body mechanics before, during and after a workout to help reduce risk of injury. This is critical for me as a nurse in my job.”
