    Finished up my 8wk program and wow!! Great place to go and kick start your mind, body and soul for better health and wellness. Great people and they will keep you motivated!! If I wasn't leaving the area, I'd be right back at again!!

    I started JT Training with a goal of seeing the scale number drop. With their help and motivation I accomplished so much more. Yes I lost weight but I also gained confidence and a love of going to the gym and working out. I will forever keep recommending Jay and his amazing trainers to everybody I know.
