Mr. & Mrs. Dallen and their instructors do a fantastic job working with all kids no matter their ability level, their strengths or their weaknesses. Not only have they helped my kids grow their martial art skills since we started with them in 2019 but they have helped them grow in their life skills as well!

I love the staff at Tiger Rock @Sioux City IA. The staff have the patience of saints & their training techniques are excellent. I feel proud to be apart of something so prestigious… my daughters and I look forward to many more years!
