My daughter had an appointment today, hair is prepped and ready for box braids. She was notified at 7 am that her 9am appointment is cancelled. If you didn't want to work today, you should have cancelled earlier. Or marked the day as unavailable.

So basically I got my hair done in about august I believe and I paid for extensions, a relaxer, and hair dye. The only part I got was the extensions and she won’t give me my money back. The extensions looked good until I took them out and I had bald spots. I then went to the doctor and my doctor told me whoever put my extensions in doesn't wasn’t wash or clean their combs and brushes. I had a head infection and am now on a certain shampoo. I immediately texted the lady that did my hair (sam) about what happened and asked her if I could get my money back for the things she never did to my hair, and she won’t respond. Very immature and should definitely not be able to do other peoples hair if she’s not gonna clean. disgusting. All I wanted was my money back but she decided to be immature and not respond.That’s the least she can do considering she gave me a head infection.Services: Hair extensions

My mom got hair extensions done by Sam and I would 100% NOT recommend her! Her extensions were done poorly and by poorly I mean there was no rhyme or reason as to where they were placed which In turn has left her with many bald spots all over her head. She charged her many thousands of dollars for extensions that were maybe worth $500. Please save yourself your money and your hair!!!As you can see from the pictures she has crosshairs that will eventually fall out from the tension. The second picture is such a small area of hair loss. Also this was the haircut she gave her after rushing through the hair service.

I have tried extensions for years of all types and they never stayed in beside tape in that are so bad for your hair, I have fine thin hair and the extension Sam did have stayed in and tight for over 2.5 weeks now the color is amazing and after the first wash they were even softer.
