Ethan and Jacob came out and got us fixed up within a half hour and had great attitudes even though the conditions they had to work in were not great.. they also told us everything they did to fix the problem, what they billed us for piece by piece and how to fix it if it happens again.. couldnt ask for a better service call

I just had one of the most pleasant experiences in quite some time with this company. I had called because my entire system wasn't working. No matter what I did, the thermostat wouldn't turn the system on. When I called into Pinnacle, the office lady who helped me was awesome. The service tech came out and determined that the problem was actually my thermostat. They were quick to repair the thermostat and did a clean up on my unit while they were there. I would recommend having them come out!
