The staff is amazing there! Dr. Williams was pleasant and informative. the Hygienist cleaned my teeth very good. However, beware of Shanelle who works in the billing dept. She tries to get you to pay for services that your insurance company pays for. I did my research, and I am no fool. For this reason alone, I'm not sure if I will return. For people who are naive are clearly being taken for granted. If you choose this practice, make sure you obtain what your insurance covers before going there.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the people are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Doc Kiple has a great bedside manner who cares about you as a person and your health. I have bad memories on Dentist trips but Doc Kiple and his team make trips to the Dentist pleasant and healing.
