Sadly, I did not have the best experience. Started out great for the first few months but as time went on, tasks for which I am paying them to do didn’t get done (and still didn’t when i left after 2 tax seasons) - causing some bigger issue for both of us later in time. I can see that they get really caught in the weeds (aka: drowning in work) so much that they are not able to adequately respond to emails and reasonably deliver for clients.
I realized that I was paying to outsource things that were not getting done, sadly. Also, not the kindest people, the lack of taking ownership of mistakes is disappointing. The shockingly rude emails (threats and all) shows...read full review

Mark has been doing my taxes for decades now, going back to when he set up shop in a small room inside the front door of his house. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend Mark.
