Fast and friendly but did not file my return correctly. I specifically asked for my refund to be direct deposited in writing and made sure they had the information needed to do so when I picked up my taxes. The lady at the front desk confirmed with me they had the information for my refund to be direct deposited. They then filed for my tax return to be mailed to me. Not happy at all about this, it has now effected not only my tax returns but receiving my stimulus in a timely manner as well. Amazing Tax Preparers, their tax preparers are informed on all up to date Tax information. They are knowledgable in the long form tax preparation! They are also good on giving good information on tax related issues and questions. I would definitely refer their services to anyone who needs preparation done for the long tax form!
