“I had such a great experience today with Dr. Baller and his assistant Terri! I had a cracked crown from a previous dentist that ended up being super hard to remove for Dr Baller. He was really patient, and made sure that I was not in pain and that I was completely comfortable during the removal. I really appreciated that.

I know it sounds silly but also having a blanket over me while I was getting the dental work was very comforting. Assistant Terry was very friendly and visited which helped me to relax. For someone with dental anxiety I sure appreciated today. ?“

“I'll start off with, I HATE going to dentist period. It's all the scraping, poking, mouth open forever etc.
I went for a regular Cleaning last month. Walking in I was dreading it. I hadn't been in years. I was pleasantly surprised how amazing the appointment went! The hygienist was so gentle, no unnecessary comments on how long it's been, they put a tv show for even the adults which helped me relax. I made a comment on how I just hate coming, it's the metal scraping, cold water sprayed on my teeth etc. She used a water pick instead and made sure the water temp was just right. And none of the nagging open your mouth more comments.
I've always taken my child there a day he loves Dr Jenny. He literally ask to go to the dentist. He loves it so much!
