Anderson is reliable and very communicative . They listen and have a caring attitude for their customers. They listen and address any issue or concern you may have and are very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing your ac or furnace . We had our ac go out on one of the hottest days and they were able to come out and fix it in an adequate amount of time. They are very trust worthy . If you have ac or furnace issues Anderson heating and cooling is the place to go !

I called on Monday morning when they opened and Matt was here within a few hours. Very pleased with the service and Matt was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely keep using them for service.

We called Anderson Heating & Cooling on a Saturday morning because our furnace wasn't working to full capacity. Matt answered our call and first had us check a few things before he made the service call. He had to come to our home. He was very courteous and prompt. He looked over our furnace and was able to fix the problem. He explained the issue and potential problems to watch for down the road, given the age of our furnace. Thank you Matt!
