Terrible Experience. First year doing our taxes, and we were fined by the IRS for something Dean Reichert said he would help us take care of. Then when we got the letters and fines from the IRS, Dean said he would look into it and get back to us. That was May 23, 2024. As of today, October 17 2024, Dean has not responded to calls, emails, etc. What a terrible experience. Dean if you have a problem with us, you need to talk to us about it. Not ignore us. I will change this review if you reach out to me as soon as possible.
