Everyone at Shelby vet clinic is very friendly and very lovable towards all animals. We came here when we weren't quite getting the service we were wanting from our local vet and they have treated us wonderfully. I could not have asked for a better experience with them especially our last experience in the Oakland office now that they take care of. Highly recommend

We had to let go of our cat and this clinic was amazing from the initial call where i was crying and trying to give them contact info. And when we showed up to the appointment (20 minutes early) they led me straight to a room and made tissues available. Great bedside manner, explained everything gently, I took the remains home and they placed her in my cat carrier for me so that I didn't have to touch her. Afterwards while i was paying another cat meowed and i panicked for half a second and the receptionist was so quick to let me know it was a different cat. Kind of funny in a not funny kind of way 😅 Overall well I hated I had to have this appointment I definitely recommend this location.

I’m a truck driver and my dog wasn’t feeling very well, I called up and walked in and was taken in the minute I walked through the door. Dr. Mike and Eric were amazing. I can’t thank them enough for taking me in as quickly as they did!!!!

Wonderful service. We were frantic because our dog Jimmy who's now an elder became sick and wouldn't eat or drink. We were not established there but I called and the afternoon was blocked but Laura ( very kind) was able Jimmy in with Dr. Brandi Huddle. She was very attentive, answered all of my questions and then did a full exam with ultrasound, labs, an injection and his toenails. We recently moved from the West Coast and can honestly say she was by far the best vet to our Jimmy and the staff were all very kind and caring. He is now established and being treated. We thank you Dr. Huddle and staff for caring and helping Jimmy yesterday. We highly recommend the Shelby Veterernan Clinic. Sincerely Gina K.
