“Mark at tristate was contacted through homeserve USA to repair a broken sewage line at my home. After getting the run around from 5 different companies who did nothing but clear the backup. I explained my situation to him. He came as soon as I explained that we had been without being able to use our house water for 3 weeks. I explained the issue , the same day he came and checked it out, put a camera in the drain to see the break , marked where they had to dig to fix the sewage line , and called utilities and had them marked so that he could come dig and fix it the next day. The next day he showed up and dug and had it fixed . He was easy to work with, amicable over the phone , and professional. I will be recommending tri-state plumbing to everyone Especially if you have homeserve and he's able to work with you .“
