So very happy with our new floors which included multiple rooms in a very old quirky house. The remodeling process can be overwhelming when dealing with old houses, but Andy helped to make it simple and also guided us through making selections that ended up exceeding my expectations in how well it turned out. They clearly take pride in their work and have excellent customer service!
Andy and Dalton did a wonderful job with the Refinishing of our Red Oak Flooring. Andy let us choose between stains and ultimately chose the perfectly matching stain. The minor damage that was in our flooring is no longer noticeable at all! The Communication was amazing and he was here exactly when he said he would be. It was very nice to be able to see and use our flooring again and feel like it was brand new.
I do not usually post reviews but I am so happy with my floors. Andy and his team refinished my Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors and they are amazing. I was told several times they could not be refinished. They were 20 years old, shiny, scratches and really red. They are now beautiful and feel amazing to walk on. If I would have known they would look this incredible I would have refinished them years ago. Andy was professional, clean, communicated and delivered great results. 5 of 5 stars.
