This is the best eyecare experience that I have had in a very long time with very personable and knowledgeable staff.
As a follow up, I have I’ll say that when I asked for my prescription for pick up as I needed a pair rapidly for purchase elsewhere, they gave me the wrong prescription and were unapologetic. (Prescription was for computer.). ??♀️. Only through the good graces of Lens 4 Less did I have new lens of the correct prescription made for free.

Appointment was a follow up to cataract surgery, with pictures taken of my eye, an eye exam, another picture from a different angle and this was before I was examined by Dr. Thorson, who took an additional set of pictures of the membrane at the back of my eye, which had perforations she was concerned about. In addition I had a film on the lens. She recommended I be reexamined by surgeon and her office made the appointment. I was very pleased with the thorough exam performed by her office.

Very positive! Staff is helpful and friendly. I was pleased with Dr. Myers examination. Did not feel rushed and she listened and took into consideration any concerns I had. She also was good at explaining what and why her remedies would be beneficial for me. Even though I had some challenging vision issues, she put me at ease about it and was committed to giving me the best outcome possible.
