Bill and Marlo arrived to change our kitchen lights. Once we opened the box of fixtures, it was clear that they wouldn't fit. I was so frustrated, having had to live in the dark for over a month. They were so patient that they STAYED while I drove to Lowe's and got new light fixtures!
