Negatives - It was the first time a repair shop tried to convince me not to leave equipment, in large part because they are so busy and understaffed for the seasonal workload. The repair was more expensive than equally qualified shops. Positives - The owner was cordial, competent, and the shop's reputation is solid; sadly, it may be based on what it was yesterday, rather than what it is today. Conclusion - My advice is to be polite and press for a firm cost and time estimate before authorizing repairs, or you may be in for an unpleasant surprise and a long wait.

Stopped in thinking it was a hardware store (thanks google) looking for some screws. Upon being disappointed the gentlemen that worked there went out of their way to to scavenge what they could to save me from driving to the next town over. These are good people and reccomend their services.
