A+ Roofing and Siding Co.
“My review really should have been written about the previous roofing company, whose work resulted in ongoing leaks, ventilation issues, and repeated stonewalling until their warranty expired.
When new leaks developed, I contacted A+ Roofing & Siding, Inc. We received a prompt response from Patrick, and from our very first interaction he was friendly, respectful, patient, and professional. Given my previous experience, I was understandably skeptical and wanted to thoroughly review every aspect of the project before moving forward. Patrick consistently advocated for addressing my concerns.
He documented everything with detailed photos before, during, and after the work. Because of my prior experience, I also spoke with the owner, representatives from Owens Corning at both the corporate and local levels, and a knowledgeable ventilation specialist to ensure I fully understood the proposed solution. It was a thorough and sometimes tedious process, but Patrick's diligence, accessibility, and follow-through were a major reason I ultimately chose to move forward with A+ Roofing & Siding.
I rarely leave reviews, and I reserve five-star ratings for experiences that truly earn them. Patrick's professionalism, patience, and commitment to doing things right made all the difference.
Once we reached an agreement, the project moved quickly and efficiently. The crew was courteous, organized, and respectful of our property. Comparing the before-and-after photos, the quality of the workmanship appears to be a significant improvement, and I appreciate the care that went into the project.
Thank you, Patrick, for restoring some confidence after a very frustrating experience.”
Roof Drs
“I don’t think there’s enough space to type all the positive comments I have about our experience with Roof Drs for our siding project. Hope was THE BEST to work with and was there with us every step of the way. She worked so hard to keep everything done on time and within our budget. The crew was fantastic and did a beautiful job, right down to the finishing touches of trim and they did a great job cleaning up. We couldn’t be more pleased and would absolutely recommend Roof Drs to anyone looking for siding, roofing, windows or any of the services they offer. Thank you, Hope, for being so honest and amazing and thank you Roof Drs for making ours the prettiest house on the block!”
