I chose Sutter Lawns last year after researching many lawn services. I made the right choice! Their pricing is fair and they did a fantastic job of ridding my lawn of weeds and clover and were always great about spot touch-ups when needed. What I appreciated most however, is that they always let me know exactly when they were coming so that my dog was safely inside. For those of you with pets and gates, you know how valuable it is to avoid "surprises".

Chad does a great job with our lawn care. He is sort of one of those set it and forget it businesses, but I love not having to worry or think I should call someone about my lawn. He has a system to keep our lawn looking nice all year round!

Sutter Lawns has been great ever since we moved to Polk City! The previous homeowner had already paid for the entire year, but told Chad that we would be moving in and to continue service. Chad found out when we would be doing our final walkthrough and stopped by to introduce himself and talked us through the services that would be provided. I've always appreciated good communication when needed, and love that I get emails throughout the year confirming when treatment has been done and suggestions on different treatment plans or options.
