What's that is you have to ask them to blow off your patios after they mow and they look at you crazy... Do your job correctly... And the worst part about it sad you have to beg them to do their job correctly

We just want to say that we so very much appreciate the crew that comes to do our lawn. They keep it looking great and get all the details, like trimming and blowing. They are professional, courteous, and efficient. We have used your services for at least fifteen years now, and have never been disappointed. One more thing...I appreciate the fact that the crew always, always, gets the gates closed back up before they leave, which keeps our dog safe when we let her back out.

I heard the guys outside with the leaf blower and my window was open so I opened my blinds and went to close my window and the guy took the leaf blower and blew it through my window which dirt blew in my face cause I was standing about six seven inches away from my window and I was tapping the window I know he couldn't hear me but I knew he saw me because I moved the other side where there wasn't a screen and he continue to blow dirt through my window so then I went outside and I confronted him and said that I was only trying to be helpful and close my window but as soon as I open my blinds you blew the leaf blower of dirt and dust into my face into my eyes which are still burning so I went outside and I said something to him and he said well there were leaves in your window I understand that and I'm grateful for them for the cleanup but I'm not grateful for the fact that he completely disregard it and that he hurt my eyes I'm still flushing my eyes now this incident happened about an hour ago and I'm still taking water to flush my eyes I saw another guy approaching the work truck and asked for a business card he gave it to me and I told him that I was reporting his company for being unprofessionalism and assault pretty much with a leaf blower and he asked what happened I explained everything that happened and I said it will be nice just to get a sorry for blowing it hurt in your face but instead this guy just completed this recorded the fact that my eyes were burning and I was hurting and he had no care in the world so therefore I don't care for this company I take that bag it's not the company that did something I don't care for this guy because he didn't care about my well-being for him it's just nothing

We are so thankful for Hawkeye Van Ginkel Lawn & Snow for taking our lawn from drab to fab! We had some weed issues that we tried to fix ourselves the year before, and we completely killed our grass and our lawn looked awful. We felt defeated, but all it took was one call with Hawkeye Van Ginkel and they came to put together a plan for our lawn that worked! We've had the best experience with their business and we're beyond happy with the results after just one year!

Had an incident where one of their dump trucks lost a bunch of large rubber pads. Damaged my windshield as they were flying out all over the highway. Called the company as I have pictures of the damage was told they take no responsibility for stuff flying out of their trucks and they wouldn't do anything about it. This to me is not professional at all and don't recommend working with a company who can't take responsibility for their actions. The guy I spoke with said if it didn't cause an accident then they wouldn't handle any of it.
