My husband was unhappy with his therapist and asked to be with a different therapist. That never happened and he wasn't rescheduled therefore, he didn't finish his therapy. I feel like they didn't care about his health or recovery.
I whole heartedly recommend 21st Century Rehab. I went to the Nevada clinic at Story County Medical Center, and worked with Steve Cassabaum. He was very caring and knowledgeable. If I need physical therapy again, I will go there again without hesitation. I live in Ames, and it is well worth the short drive.
