First time needing physical therapy services after knee surgery. Everyone is friendly and open to discussing your needs and goals. They are great about pushing you to meet your goals safely. Definitely recommend 21st Century Rehab at Dallas Co. Hospital.

I had two rounds of physical therapy with 21st Century Rehab in Perry. Both times were for my left shoulder, one for pre-surgery, and the other for post-surgery. They have a great team of professionals that really know what they're doing. Each step of the journey was taken with great care and attention as to how I was progressing. The whole staff, including Holly and Mayra in the office. The therapists - Kristin, Rachel, Teresa, Matt, Clint, Kielyn, and Maggie were very kind, gracious, and accomodating. You just can't go wrong with 21st Century Rehab, and I'd highly recommend them!

I started physical therapy at 21st Century Rehabilitation PC in Perry Iowa on November 14th. A day after a total hip replacement surgery. From that first day with Kielyn Tutton DPT I was treated with the upmost respect and care and was part of a collaborative effort on my journey to healing. Each visit provided a new experience in learning to move in a healthy way, to gain strength each day in my recovery.
