Carter was great with my 95 yr old Dad. I really believe the work he did with him increased his strength and balance. He also gave us excellent advice on how to carry over therapy at home. I think the equipment at this facility was a big advantage as well.

We brought in our nervous kitty for her first real vet appointment since she was a kitten, and Dr. Katie was amazing with her. She is kind, calming and very thorough. She also took the time to explain test results to me and walk me through what options were available for our girl, and I didn’t feel pressured into anything. The team here is so kind and helpful, it’s been all around a great experience.
I have used Rainbow International of Des Moines on several occasions for different jobs in our 125 y/o Beaverdale home. The owners JC and Shelley have been in business for years and are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of fire and water restoration. They work very hard to make sure that your job is done to standard and quickly from the initial call/ consult until the work is complete. Throughout the process, they are in constant contact providing you with updates and making sure you are satisfied with all materials and work. On two separate occasions, we have had flooding in our basement due to a faulty a window and siding. Both times it was after normal business hours and JC has personally shown up because they did not have any available technicians in the area and they wanted to make sure that we could get the situation mitigated until they could come and do a long-term repair. Both JC and their project manager Luis always make sure that verify the work and after each job, Shelley would call to make sure that we were satisfied and the job was done to our standards before closing it out. I highly recommend using Rainbow International of Des Moines for any of your fire and water mitigation needs.
Kevin did a great job on our hydroseeding project from start to finish. His attention to detail really stood out. He took the time to properly prepare the area and even removed rocks from the soil after tilling to ensure the best possible chance for a healthy lawn.
What really set him apart was the follow-up guidance. He provided several useful tips on watering, maintenance, and how to help the grass establish. It’s clear he cares about the long-term success of the project, not just completing the job.
