Had them give me a estimate on a fence they finally agreed to the job it would be 2 weeks then another 2 weeks then another 2 weeks June it's November and it is another 2 weeks job hasn't even started

I called and spoke with the receptionist last year and again this year about getting an estimate for some fencing I would like, both times she said they would send someone to give me and estimate. Last year no one ever came and now it has been over a week and haven’t heard from anyone. I love their fencing when I see it around town because it always looks like such good quality, but the customer service is really disappointing. I am eager to get a fence up this year!

Contractor seemed nice, seemed to listen to my concerns about my plants. Even called the office spoke to a woman who stated they were doing her fence and treating her plants with care. They completely trampled my plants ruining my plants. I end up losing so much. I doubled checked with the crew when they were here since they were able to install sooner than expected. I was able to move some plants, they told me the rest would be fine, that turned out to be a lie. Found cigarettes in post holes. There are holes from the post not filled in. They did leave more than a 10 inch gap, thankfully they were able to fix that considering we were getting the fence to keep a dog in.
