I called today around 1:30 and asked someone to come out to my house as my AC was not working properly. The gal who answered said they would try to come out today but may not be till Monday. I received a call from the technician Joel and he asked if he could stop out. The radar showed rain approaching soon so I told him I understood if he preferred to wait until Monday and he said he’d hate to sit at the shop knowing I need AC. He came out and of course it was pouring when he arrived. He apologized and asked what issues we were experiencing and he checked his van to see if he had the part we needed, he waited out the rain a bit and when it let up he got the AC squared away. We’ve had terrible luck finding a reliable Heating and Cooling company and I believe we’ve finally found the right company. Appreciate his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for us!
