Justin Sobaaski was easy to talk to and very helpful with helping me find subs to clear my land, do the vinyl siding and all of the other details. I was very impressed by Ivan and his crew. They showed up on time every day, they worked hard despite the very hot summer temperatures. They have very positive attitudes and took working safely very seriously. They did amazing quality work and my garage. It has way more wood framing and bracing than I ever expected. They responded quickly to anything I had concerns about and they had an excellent attention to detail (which matched my personality also). “We were referred to Paul with R&P Construction from another local contractor back in February. I requested a quote from Paul by phone to replace our wooden soffitt (DIY by the previous homeowner...) with aluminum. He called me and texted me to let me know he got my message, and he emailed me the quote within a few days. He was very reasonably priced and great at communicating (which I love from any contractor!!). They were able to come today (4/21/2020) and do the work. He had a few guys with him and they replaced our soffit within two hours of arriving. It looks incredible!! SUCH an improvement. “I was having a difficult time rounding up contractors to repair my severly damaged home following the August 10, 2020 Derecho. When Chavis Nissly, general manager of King Construcion, left his business card at my house. He arranged to remove the large tree from my roof, replaced the sheet rock from the ceilings and walls in the livingroom, hall, bedroom, and family room. Flooring in the livingroom and family room was also replaced. Furthermore, one of the best things he did was deal with my insurance adjuster. The adjuster and I didn't speak the same language, but Chavis did. I look forward to working with King Construction inii the spring when they replace the siding on the whole house.
