Bill scoped my exterior septic lines on less than 24 hours notice. Extremely knowledgable, very friendly and provided me with an invoice before he left so we could settle up. Easy to do business with. Boitnott/Roto-Rooter have been an asset to our community for years!
Our tub was completely plugged, and even my handyman couldn’t fix it. He had some of the tools, but it needed to go a step further. I called a few local plumbers—no answer, just voicemail. Then I called Roto-Rooter, and someone actually picked up the phone! They scheduled us right away and came out the next morning.
Eddie showed up, did a great job, and had the drain running perfectly again. Sure, it might cost more, but you get reliability, quick response, and people who actually show up. This was our second time using Roto-Rooter, and both times were excellent.
I've personally always went through Roto Rooter for all of my Plumbing needs.. I've sworn by you guys, until this year. On 4 different occasions earlier this year your guys came to work on my sewer, complete fail situation as I just Replaced the entire sewer system a month ago. BUT a new toilet that your guys installed was leaking. We had a recall about it, they said it was pressure from the sewer back up, toilet was fine. Okay, sewer is fixed and toilet is still leaking. To the point it's rotted out an entire floor and wall so light now shows through both and the mold damage is tremendous. Costing me further money on top of the $1000 I paid for your guys to not entirely...read full review
