Mitchell & Sons Heating & Cooling

We've went with mitchells since I've lived in ottumwa. They just replaced my hvac system today. Both technicians were friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. Thanks Tanner and Andrew.

I don’t think I have enough room to say all I want to about Mitchell & Sons! So I’ve been having off and on issues with my central air starting around 2 1/2 years ago. My dad used to come down and service my air until his passing and my mom closed their heating and cooling business. So fast forward to yesterday and with this heat it took the guys a few weeks to get here but to be fair I did go out and buy 2 of the biggest floor units(portable air conditioners )since I do understand in this heat these cooling companies are so swamped. The owner came to my house and inspected my central air unit and he charged me nothing. He gave me feedback and he actually cared about my issue. I have decided to switch services to Mitchell and sons. A+ they go above and beyond.
