Condenser pump broke dumped water into the basement called them early Monday morning and they were here within 2 hours and replaced it at a very reasonable rate and even clean the outside AC unit as part of the service I found them to be very helpful and quick to respond and will definitely use them again and highly recommend

I don’t think I have enough room to say all I want to about Mitchell & Sons! So I’ve been having off and on issues with my central air starting around 2 1/2 years ago. My dad used to come down and service my air until his passing and my mom closed their heating and cooling business. So fast forward to yesterday and with this heat it took the guys a few weeks to get here but to be fair I did go out and buy 2 of the biggest floor units(portable air conditioners )since I do understand in this heat these cooling companies are so swamped. The owner came to my house and inspected my central air unit and he charged me nothing. He gave me feedback and he actually cared about my issue. I have decided to switch services to Mitchell and sons. A+ they go above and beyond.
