I’m from San Antonio and was visiting a friend in Oskaloosa, and she took me to The Unique Salon. I decided to get a perm while I was there, and I’m so glad I did. Brenda was so friendly and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. My perm turned out beautiful—exactly what I wanted. This is easily the best hair salon in Oskaloosa, and if you’re looking for a great perm in Oskaloosa, this is the place to go. Even though I don’t live here, I’d definitely come back again when I’m in town!
