Checked in, waited almost an hour while they squeezed in 2 other people without appointments,(well, one guy had an appointment. He just showed up a week early) then got asked if I had checked in yet! I try to give my business to local businesses but not this one anymore!!!

The staff are nice, I will say that. However, whoever handles billing doesn’t do a good job. I was charged additional fees that were not initially disclosed. The same thing happened to my friend who went here. I won’t be back.

This place is a joke the are frauds when it comes to getting eye care I got glasses I cant use and can't go any where else to get new ones because they charged my insurance and I can o my get glasses even 2 years so I'm stuck with glasses I can't wear this place sucks
