I recently purchased a home using Home North Iowa. I started my search this past March and went through countless homes with Ben. Not only did he listen to what my family needed but he wasn't pushy at all to get the sale and move on. Ben showed us a home we saw on Zillow with short notice. We were impressed with his knowledge, straightforward style, and character. We stayed with him and found a home we wanted to make an offer on. That's where Reed came in. He coached us in making an offer, all the way through closing the sale. Ben and Reed both know there stuff and make a no nonsense professional team!
