My heat didn’t want to start in the dead of winter and they came out to my house at 8pm and found the issue and explained in detail what the piece does and what happened and it took about 20 minutes great service very professional and great guys happy to have DerRocher heating and cooling around.

Called DeRocher to get an estimate on replacing furnace & air . Aaron came out next day. Went over everything we needed, discussed options, prices etc with us. Day & time was set up for installation. Aaron & Caleb were on time. Got to work, removing the old & replaced with the new. They are courteous, answered very question & the cost was reasonable. We will highly recommend them. It's great to know that we have 24hr service & they will be able to maintain our needs.
