“I cannot say enough great things about my experience! I was very nervous as my 4 year old dog, Doc had never been under sedation and he has a condition where he can experience seizure like behavior. I'm also kind of crazy and was really nervous about the amount of hair that would need to be shaved. Doc is a show dog so he does have very long hair. The staff went above and beyond for my request, only shaving a tiny patch that even I had to look for. That small consideration of my request really meant the world to me. While Doc was there for his root canal, the technicians called several times to update me on his progress. At the end of the procedure, Dr. Jen called to give me a brief run down of everything. I was very pleased with the amount of contact from the staff since I was pretty nervous. They very much put my mind at ease. At check out I was given a very thorough explanation of every aspect of Doc's procedure and I even learned some things. I will never take my dogs anywhere else for dental care. Doc and I truly received the gold standard of care!“
