I found the staff at Athletico PT in Norwalk to be wonderful. The office staff was great at helping me set up my appointments, and my therapist, Kali Lucas, knew exactly how to help me begin my shoulder surgery rehab safely and effectively. I will admit I was a little leery about using a “chain” therapy clinic, but I found the staff to be knowledgeable and their facilities to be top-notch. I would recommend the Norwalk Athletico PT clinic to anyone!
Helped me get mobility and strength back after a toe surgery, Kali and Detlef were great to work with. They genuinely care about your progress and goals. They create a fun and hospital atmosphereand we had some pretty great conversations as well.
I so appreciate the staff at Athletico Physical Therapy in Norwalk, IA!! I have been working with the staff since June of 2025. I had both of my knees replaced this year and they helped me have an amazing outcome!! Kali Lucas was my main PT and she was fabulous! She is highly competent and was very supportive and encouraging through the whole process. I also worked with Detlef Maltas when Kali wasn't available. I got the same amazing care from him as well. Both were welcoming and made my therapy enjoyable. I can't recommend them highly enough and if I ever need physical therapy in the future, this is where I will go!!
