I see a lot of good reviews here. I guess if he bothers to call you back you get good service. Twice I've left him messages about installing a hot water heater and he never called me back either time. Clearly states on the website that he does this.....must be my voice....?

Doug replaced our water heater within 24hrs of us calling him. He is highly skilled and explained what was best for our household. Doug was very efficient and mindful of keeping the area he was working in clean. He will be my go-to plumber and did explain to us that water heater requests were his top priority so the 1 star review here may explain why he couldn't get to their plumbing needs quickly. Doug is a one-man team but he gets the job done well!

I have a kitchen remodel that requires moving pipes. I had gotten his recommendation on Next Door neighbor, I sent a picture to inquire if he could do the job and kept getting put off, eventually he said he had back problems. I again reached out to him. He never even had the respect to respond to my voicemail. VERY unprofessional. definitely not impressed
