Just called and spoke to a lady named Jersey. Excellent customer service. Haven’t had my service done yet but I can already tell that this company is going to be good just by the customer service! Furnace stopped working overnight. Called Prybil in the morning, and they had a tech at the house after lunch. Quick, professional, answered all my many questions and polite (thanks Shane!). We discussed exactly what I'd be billed for, and there were no surprises when the invoice came in the mail. We'll be referring anyone who asks to Prybil.
