I was looking for a company that would properly repair work on my small rental done by an insulation guy a few years ago that I never should have had done. Plugs in holes in the siding drilled to pump in the insulation foam were falling out and allowing in rain, besides not holding paint and looking terrible! Companies I contacted didn't want to bother with this or else just wanted to replace the plugs. Parceros said they would do the job properly by pulling off that row of siding all around the house and replacing it, then painting it to match the house. This is what I was looking for! YAY! Thank you Parceros Construction for the new front stairs and deck remodel!! We absolutely love it!! Derek and Laura were very receptive to all our questions and shared great ideas to get the look we wanted! We have received many compliments! The builders were detailed with their work and seemed to have a lot of fun doing their job! Great group of hardworking builders!! We have plans to replace our back deck in the near future and look forward to Parceros Construction helping us achieve our dream!

Laura and a great team and excellent to work with. They have been understanding we had with payment and have more than willing to work with us. The new siding looks great and I’m confident it will last for many years. I’m looking forward to working with them on a couple more projects we have planned. A Excellent group to work with.
