I have gone to this clinic for many years. Meghan Cooley was such a wonderful doctor! She succeeded my expectations. Thank you, Dr. Cooley! She left and now I have Alexis Vincent. I was skeptical when I went to seen her. I have now gone to her a few times and she’s been great! She even checked on something and called me herself. The Urgent Care Clinic has been great, too! All positive reviews for the doctors I have had!
As a walk in clinic it was fine. Don't recommend for long term. I complained for years of persistent muscle weakness likely from prescribed statin. Only got a change in medication when another specialist recommended it. My pa recommended doing wall squats. Actually more than once. They erred in the new prescription, delaying it for 3 months. My annual physical was cancelled without calling me or giving me any explanation why. Pharmacy denied another diabetic medication stating I was no longer a patient there. That's fine as I'm definitely not, but would have appreciated a notice on that. I don't think they are concerned losing a patient/customer.
My previous provider of years left recently and everything has been nearly impossible since then. My last appointment before she left, I was waiting in the lobby for an hour after my scheduled appointment time and the provider had to come out herself because there was no staff to assist.
I adored my previous provider and she was why I continued to come here even after moving, but since she left they have not been helpful at all.
I understand everyone has been understaffed since the pandemic, but I would not recommend this practice at this time.
