I am very satisfied with the care/consult I receive from MercyCare North Liberty. The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, and most important is that I feel heard by my primary care provider, Kati Carpenter, ARNP. She always takes the time to listen to my needs and I feel comfortable asking questions, knowing I will hear an explanation and answers. I'm blessed to have her!
UIHC wouldn't see me due to an inability to assure my insurance would cover my visit, even after saying I wanted to pay out of pocket. UIHC referred me to the emergency room. I came to MercyCare and they allowed me to pay out of pocket. I was rapidly helped, the CNA was very personable and kind, and the doctor discussed options with me and ultimately prescribed the medicine needed.
I have gone to this clinic for many years. Meghan Cooley was such a wonderful doctor! She succeeded my expectations. Thank you, Dr. Cooley! She left and now I have Alexis Vincent. I was skeptical when I went to seen her. I have now gone to her a few times and she’s been great! She even checked on something and called me herself. The Urgent Care Clinic has been great, too! All positive reviews for the doctors I have had!
