Was apprehensive to go to just any Chiropractor. I researched and found out about the Gonstead Method. Dr. Kayla uses this method, and I feel it is exactly right for me! I highly recommend her! Very knowledgeable and so kind, and had me very relaxed! If you are hesitant about your back health, and not sure where to go, this is the right place! Thanks Dr. Kayla!

This chiro experience is amazing! Diagnosing is accurate and SO helpful for treating pain. Kayla uses the Gonstead method and tracks the level of inflammation in your back and spine. She will also do knee adjustment. My posture has improved which helps my overall body health. If asked, Kayla, is willing to share some nutrition info she has learned and tried. She is very personable!! Kayla also keeps up her education in chiro care. I am so happy someone referred me to her!

I have been seeing Dr.Kay since she has opened, on and off when things flair up or get out of whack. She has helped both my son and myself tremendously over the years. Quick and efficient! She’s the best!!
