Dr. Adair is an amazing chiropractor. The ART, Gua Sha, laser treatment and other modalities they use there shows that they are indeed the one stop shop for all your chiropractic needs. Glad to find them and I definitely recommend them for anyone!
Dr. Adair is very effective & knowledgeable in ART. She is attentive & perceptive at addressing trouble spots. I was originally recommended to her by a neighbor to help w/ a stubborn neck tightness/pain. I’m so glad I took the recommendation; Dr. Adair worked me through that issue 4.5 yrs ago & I’ve seen her off and on since! I highly recommend!
Dr. Adair is wonderful to work with! She is insightful, always thinking of things that I can benefit from, and amazing at adjusting my body to where it should be. I also started taking the supplement Femarin at her recommendation and I am sleeping better, have less food cravings, lower pain levels. With the supplement and her adjustments/ soft tissue work, this is the best I have felt in years!
