Amazing with pets and do amazing work and not that expensive usually you pay 100 to 150 per dog but it was under 75 for bath nails and hair cut id post pics but it won't let me

I'm only giving it a one star because I've tried to get my dog's nails trimmed. They schedule me in. I go there they say I'm not scheduled and the lady's not there so we schedule again. I get there. The lady's not there said I'm not on the schedule. I don't know what's going on there. They all need to communicate a lot better. I'm not very happy now. My dog has to wait another week to get her nails cut. I will no longer go there. They can't get their scheduling, correct or communication. 😔

Traveling through Newton from Lincoln Ne. with a very anxious pet. Stopped by for help and staff was wonderful. Helped us with a product to help our sweet dog.be ok with being in car. If in area would stop in again. Beautiful store!

I love that this store is so close. They have great brands and are convenient. I do think the woman who is usually there needs a lesson in body language and social etiquette. She talks incessantly and makes it nearly impossible to be able to leave the store, even if you’re walking away. She’s nice and personable but definitely over shares. It can make store visits, vexing. The store itself is great. It is clean, organized and the staff are very knowledgeable.
